My
life has involved helping others (and myself) stop the insanity.
Wouldn’t you like to have a nickel for every time you found
yourself in an insane situation? How
many times have you continued to do the same thing over and over but
expected a different result? Uncountable,
right? The
good news is that you can stop the insanity.
It stops when you understand the “why” behind your actions
followed up with specific skills and strategies designed to create
successful results. This
seems like a tall order but it's not.
Not with the skillful use of the two cutting-edge people-skill
technologies of the Enneagram and Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP).
The
basic premise behind the Enneagram is that there are nine personality
types. Each type carries
with it distinct strengths, differences and motivations.
The Enneagram gives the “why” of our actions and the
“why” of our insanity. A
bookend people-skill technology to the Enneagram is NLP.
Under the umbrella of NLP you’ll find a multitude of strategies
and skills that help us to quickly and easily stop the insane patterns. I
have combined and simplified these people-skill technologies so they can
be quickly and easily put into practice without a great deal of effort
on your part. Furthermore,
they are invaluable regardless of the situation (e.g., personal,
therapeutic, corporate or educational) one finds oneself in.
